Youth Surf and Kids Surf Club Caloundra | Surf Lessons Sunshine Coast is a progressive beginner and intermediate after school surf program run over 4 consecutive Friday afternoons starting at 4pm and ongoing lessons are available on weekends at a discounted membership price.
Youth Surf covers ages 13-17 and Kids Surf ages 9-12
In term 1 of school there will be one block of 6 lessons available. This will start on 10th of October. The program is scheduled to run for four consecutive weeks but if the surf school management considers the surf too rough to run a lesson the class will be delayed until the next Wednesday in the calender after the program is due to finish. To book in for a program, select the date at the start of the program and that will book the participants 4 week block. Included in the price is the surf school membership program and learning booklet which offers an additional 6 months of 20 percent of further lessons.
The primary meeting point will be at Happy Valley (between Kings Beach and Bulcock Beach, Caloundra) . Sometimes the program may be moved to either Dicky Beach or Kings Beach (this will be advised the day before if any change is needed). The Windansea Clubhouse may also be used as an all weather facility where we can conduct alternative surf related training if needed.
A Parent of guardian must be present to sign in and out the participant at the beginning and conclusion time of each session.
Surfing equipment and sun protection
Surfboards are supplied for those who don't have one. 6 months surf school membership and members learning booklet included.
Lessons are non transferrable.
